Services & Fees

Outpatient psychotherapy services are provided in-office or telehealth for clients in NC, by appointment only.

If using insurance: I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (except EPO plans including Blue Local, Blue Home, Blue Value) and Aetna. Session costs are determined by your insurance, and you are encouraged to confirm your coverage.

If NOT using insurance: Session rates are as follows.

Intake Session, 60 minutes: $205
Individual therapy session, 53-58 minutes: $180
Individual therapy session, 45 minutes or less: $145
Family Therapy Session: $180

Other services, not covered by insurance:

Letters or other agreed-upon services: pro-rated at $145/hour
Consultations: $125/hour
Mental Health Speaking engagements: TBD on individual basis
Late cancellation or no-show fee: $85

Calls and emails will be managed during business hours Monday-Thursday. No crisis services available.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider youchoose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good FaithEstimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
